SoBay.net was created by Ender Technology Corporation a Torrance based web development and IT consulting firm.
Our roots are in the South Bay, and so it seemed natural for us to apply our abilities to serve the community which we work and live in. We hope this website becomes an active hub for communications amongst South Bay residents.
